No!! KOA Kampgrounds are not membership campgrounds. However, you can purchase a KOA Value Kard which is good at any KOA in the world. The card costs $12, is good for one year, and gives you a 10% discount on your site fees. Certain exclusions apply - weekly and monthly rates are excluded. The discount starts when you purchase the card. Ask about the new Gold ValueKard. To get all the details on the Value Kard, check out The Value Kard Section on the KOA website.

That depends on the time of year and what kind of a site you need. During the Winter and Spring (because of shorter office hours), it is necessary to call ahead for a kabin reservation. During the Winter season, we usually have RV and tent sites available. However, if you are unfamiliar with our park, will arrive after dark, or if you wish a particular site, reservations are recommended. During the Summer, reservations for any site are usually required. Holidays usually need to be booked a year in advance.

  • RV sites? You bet! We have two types and many sizes. Check out what each site has to offer.
  • Tent sites? Naturally! Two types to choose from. Pictures are coming soon.
  • Kabins too? Of course! Be sure to reserve one early - they go fast!
If you would like to see pictures and learn more about what each type of site has to offer, check out our Kampground Info page.

Our Kabins are comfortable, clean and cozy. Our Kabins have a bunk bed, double bed, electric heat and lights. When you step out on the porch of your Kabin there is a porch swing, barbecue, picnic tables and a campfire ring. And depending on which Kabin you are lucky to get, you may have a lake view. You can check our kampground info page for more information on on the kabins.

K O A - Just say the letters - it is not KOA like the wood.

All KOA Kampgrounds are annually inspected by corporate headquarters. The KOA system is continuously striving to guarantee their campers a clean and friendly special camping experience.

In 2007 our team was Linda and John Evan, former owners of Mt. Lassen KOA. There are 10 Advisor teams crossing the country.

When you see one of the bright yellow trucks on the highway give them a friendly wave. They are on their way to another campground to help insure that your next KOA is #1 for Good Clean Fun.
