Frank is well known to our Thanksgiving Holiday guests. He is a trained Chef and has been preparing our Thanksgiving Feasts for six years. In 2006, he joined our staff full time and you can find him in the office when he is not out in the campground helping Fritz finish the unlimited projects that Kathy has scheduled. Frank also is in charge of scheduling our hayrides during the summer and special weekends during the rest of the year.

Frank will also be closely involved in the evolution of Kaboose Kafe - our ATSF Caboose which will be our food service project for 2008. Keep checking out the Kaboose page on our website for updates on our progress
